Would recommend square trade because their customer service is great as if something breaks you can get a new one!

The square trade was not bad. I Just so happened that what my son did to the switch was not covered. But they did refund the agreement to supplement the cost of the Nintendo switch repair. I thought that was beyond fair.

I love our Nintendo switch , thank god we purchased warranty though because our cord stopped charging .

Bought a Nintendo switch Christmas of 2017 at Target. So glad that I bought the 2 year warranty, because one of the controllers attached to the switch stopped working a year after we purchased it. I called the warranty company and they walked me through how to ship it back to be repaired and sent me a free shipping logo. It was repaired and shipped back to me within a week! Excellent patient service as I asked a lot of questions to the on line rep!

We shall see- the actual claim submission and Customer Service was good; however, Nintendo is brand new and has already completely shut down, won't charge (from wall or tv) and we can use/access at all! So, I'm anticipating what is covered (hopefully a brand new working system is sent). For the kind of money you pay for these devices/games/having to access and pay foronline games, etc. now a days, I expect to get my full money's worth out of the product! Ours has never been dropped, spilled anything on, abused, etc- it was brand new.

claim process is easy and Very fast processing.

Several concerns: 1) When I bought two car seats it was not evident that I needed to buy two warranties and I ended up buying one warranty when I bought the two car seats and buying the second warranty after visiting with the supplier. 2) I bought the car seats as a gift and had them sent directly to my daughter. It took effort to have the warranties placed in her name for her use. 3) it was not clear on the Target web site that the warranty supplier offered two levels of protection.
