Go to www.squaretrade.com 2. Click File a Claim at the top of the page. 3. If you already have an online account, just log in. To create a new account, enter the email address you used when you purchased your protection plan, click Set Up, and follow the instructions. 4. Click File/View Claim next to the item you’re having trouble with. 5. Follow the steps to file your claim in minutes. We will also need you to submit the item purchase receipt as it will need to be verified before your claim can be processed. This process should take you less than 5 minutes to create a login and upload your receipt. The file must be in JPG, TIF or PDF format and it should be less than 5MB.
