A: It is recommended to allow the pillow 72 hours to fully set from its packaging. Also gentry massaging the pillow will help fluff it up in this process.

This pillow came very soft as if the pillow wasn’t filled all the way. It did not help in propping you up and fell completely flat every time I laid on it.

Finally Found It!!
After 10+ years of wedge sleeping with typical foam and described "memory foam" wedges, I would continually wake up with shoulder, upper back and/or neck aches due to pressure. I went on a search to find a soft wedge. It taken months to find!! No, it's not perfect but it serves the purpose......I place 1 or 2 an additional soft king pillows on top - definitely one. It's not a panacea but it's the best I've found so far. I'm ordering another- I don't ever want to be without one of these. I sleep really well and still get the lift but in a nice soft "sleepy" way!!!! :)

Do Not Buy This
This thing was a joke! It arrived thin as a pancake and even after waiting for it to fluff up per the directions, as soon as I put my head on it, it became a pancake again! I returned it and bought a memory foam wedge. I recommend you do the same.

I actually like it
I know many of the reviews say it's not a wedge pillow or what have you but I actually like it. It's soft and comfortable. It's not your average wedge pillow, it's more like those bed support pillows without the arms. It's an alternative to feather so you're gonna sink into it. If you lay on it's side it can be a wedge pillow. It's perfect for me to sit up in bed without killing my back, which is the whole reason I bought it. I am getting one for my Mom who has trouble with her neck. She tested it out with her pillow on top and found it quite comfortable as it also helps with her acid reflux, if she lays it on it's side.

I just received my Down Alternative Overfilled reading Wedge Pillow, when I took out of the box it is so out of shape and almost flat I am at a loss for words, I it bought so when I have surgery I can sleep at an incline, but this was a waste of money, makes want to cry for trusting what I seen and not reading reviews my loss... That's my fault, when I threw good money away on bad product...
