I hope no-one complained about the smell. There isn't one. However, it's not as soft as i hoped for. So it really didn't do too much for my bed. It was as if i laid a heavy comforter on my bed. Barely added any softness. I should have bought a memory foam topper instead. Ran an inch short. When you touch the topper you can feel all the feathers inside, little ridges of all the feathers. Im laying a blanket over it so it doesn't bother me. But i expected more from the reviews. How i can relate it to someone? Imagine having a heavy comforter laying on your bed. It adds very very little softness. Nothing 5 star worthy. And i mean just a tad little.
