How do you get rid of the new smell?

Excellent value! These look very good. Assembly was straightforward and took about 15 minutes per stool. As with any assembly project, tighten screws in sequence making incremental passes for best results and 4 nice even legs without wobble! Vinyl seating looks nice, but stands up to young boys, slime, spilled milk. Spin is smooth and not too loose not too tight.

Took my husband about 20 minutes to assemble each stool. Nothing was missing and each stool was sturdy once assembled. They swivel smoothly and fit perfectly under our bar area. However they have already dented from hitting the granite countertop and we’ve only had them for a week. But that’s expected from an $83 stool. Color was as expected

Poor Design
This review is mixed: the real wood and high-quality faux leather are nice, but the rotating seat is almost impossible to assemble. The manufacturer has not left enough space under the seat to secure the bolts. I don’t know how other folks managed it. I have small hands and my fingers had no room in which to turn the hex key in order to tighten the bolts. As a result the seat only partially rotates and I had to use zip-ties to secure it so it was safe to sit on. Save your money & buy a better-designed bar stool!

Love this chair! It was much better than expected for having to purchase site unseen. It has a comfortable padded seat and back. The back is very stable (I tried out other chairs where the back did not have enough screws to support someone leaning back). It is not too heavy to move. We love it!

I would have given 5 starts but they shipped me the wrong color. Ordered Brown but received Cappuccino. Contacted customer service and they gave me $20 gift card for my troubles since I decided to keep since it is such a hassle to return big items. Chairs look great and relatively easy to assemble. One of the legs was a bit shorter on one of the chairs so I had to buy felt pads to even it out. Other than that the item looks good and seems pretty sturdy.
