A: Actually it says Spectrum and Cox under the Spefications tab. Now I am curious as to which one is accurate.

Worked great for exactly 3 years. I wonder sometimes if items like this has a built in ticking time bomb to just go after a certain time. Worked well with the Netgear AX5400 Nighthawk. But I'm skeptical wondering if that doesn't go next cause I got that a month later. LOL.

This is a great modem. Buying this modem outright will save you money on your cable bill over time. This modem is a lot faster than the old one I had and can keep up with the speed of modern internet connections. It does not drop the signal and works perfectly. It is easy to set up. I use this modem on Spectrum and it is officially on their compatibility list.

Ordered for drive up as the online price was cheaper than buying in store. Once I got home and opened it, I discovered that Target sold me a previously used and returned unit. Since my internet installer was already scheduled to come later that day, and the store and no more in stock, I was stuck keeping and using this one. My installer discovered the unit was still registered to the previous purchaser and it took him 2 hours to get it straightened out before the unit was usable by me. I don’t think I can trust Target for electronics purchases, especially higher dollar ones, going forward.
