Not well made.
Instructions were not very good. As I was assembling the sliding base had to be reassembled and then a piece of the arm mechanism broke off. I returned it.

Good Value, good comfort
Overall, a good value. Installation took me about an hour which I thought to be kind of long. The issue for me are the instructions. The instructions appeared to be photocopied and the copies I received, the ink was faded and tiny. Be aware that two separate sets of instructions are supplied. One for the desk chair with the sliding seat and one for without the sliding seat. If you have the chair with the sliding seat, know that you have to remove the frame base of the seat to attach the slider mechanism and though it does not look like the sliding mechanism will fit together with the seat frame, it does. Once, I figured that out, the chair was straight forward to put together. When screwing in the nuts and bolts, use a deft hand and be as accurate as possible when aligning the bolts to the receiving holes. Any slight deviation from straight on will cause the bolts to not screw in completely. Because the chair seat is heavy, which is great from a stability standpoint (which is most important), it might be better to have two people for the installation of the seat parts, especially the chair arms. Also, you will need an Allen wrench and a Phillips screwdriver to do the assembly. These things were not included in my packaging.
The chair feels solid. I weigh 215 lbs and the chair is stable. In addition, I am 6'3" with very long legs. The chair adjusts high enough for my thighs to be nearly perfectly perpendicular to the floor. I recommend getting the chair with the sliding seat if you have long legs. Being able to slide the seat forward provides great support for my thighs, with no fatigue after sitting in the chair for 8-10 hours per day (I work from home and also use the chair to watch TV). Note, to adjust the seat slide, you cannot be seated at the same time. The manually adjusted seat back, lumbar adjustment, tilt, and tilt tensioner features work well and provide a wide range of positions to best set the chair for your comfort. The wheels roll easily over tiled and carpeted flooring.
Before this chair, I was using a small task chair at my home office desk. This chair is a much needed and welcome improvement. An overall good value at the sale price of $219. At full price...?

Minor Inconveniences
This arrived in one day which was wonderful. However, when I went to assemble, the base screws were completely stripped and could not remove them. Also, foam base had holes in it. I like the chair so I’ll reorder another in hopes of these issues being corrected.
