Broken Wheels

I have had this cabinet for 2 years. it's a solid cabinet but the wheels are plastic and have broken. I guess the weight of the cabinet crushed the wheels.

Sturdy and easy to assemble

This cart arrived in pieces which were well-packaged and adequately described in the instructions. No pieces were missing. I did have one broken piece (I think the box may have been dropped on one corner) which was easily repaired with glue. The instructions were reasonably clear and I had no issues putting it together - everything fit well. It makes a nice sturdy cart.

Great Kitchen Cart

Excellent quality. Top was cracked when I received it, but called Customer Service, sent them a picture, and they shipped me an entire new cart, asking me to simply replace the damaged top with the new one, and return the rest to my local store. I was only charged for the original purchase. The replacement was perfect, so I assembled it quickly and returned the second cart to the store with no problem. The cart is very sturdy and was just what I needed to create some extra work space in the kitchen when I need it, but is pushed against a wall when I don't. The extra storage space is really helpful, too.

The product is great and sturdy, but I had damage on the back board of the cart once we opened it. Reached out to customer service and they requested pictures of the damage. Sent the pictures and no response after that. We decided to put it together anyway and pray it doesn’t crack more. It’s just way too heavy to bring back to the store. We love the quality of it especially since is real sturdy wood. But there was a few spots of damage. So far it’s holding up. The company who makes this item should put the letter of each part of it. We had to separate it all first just to be sure we were putting it together properly. That took a while to do as well.
