    Waste of money

    I purchased this product and it's incredibly disappointing. I was using Humectress but decided to try this. For starters, the pump doesn't work and shaking the product out doesn't allow me to get the appropriate amount. I end up wasting quite a bit. Also, the scent is very strong. It's almost overwhelming so sensitive people should skip this product.

    Old formula was better

    I had gotten this set back in 2018 and it was amazing. Light scent, amazing hair results, just all-around great. But I didn't buy for a long time due to life and a lot in between. It has changed so much and it makes me incredibly sad. The scent is now overwhelming. My scalp began itching not even an hour after (returning it tomorrow). my hair feels drier after the one use. I have 3A curl type hair when I use the proper products with hydration. This gave me like 2C hair. My hair is fine, shoulder length, and in a long mullet cut. Sad it's not what it used to be. And the fact that the price point skyrocketed is insane.

    My hair was severely damaged breaking off in clumps even just touching and lightly manipulating. I was so lost and discouraged, I thought I would be bald before I figured out what why. After some research I found this conditioner. I bought a single use packet, and was blown away, for next wash 2 weeks later I bought a 33oz!! I did not use the shampoo the conditioner only, what an immediate difference even after just one wash!! The smell is amazing. My hair was so soft, even after rinsing. Shedding reduced by more than half. Hair is manageable, easily detangled and shiny. I have 4C curly hair and never expected this result. I look forward to using other Nexxus products.

    Repairs damaged hair

    This always helps my split ends. I used to have really bad split ends but this has helped it out. It does fix it better and faster if I've already cut off the split ends since it's simply preventing them from coming back but it does help mend them too.

    Smells amazing and keeps your hair soft

    My hair is always so dry and frizzy when it dries but this conditioner seems to help calm frizz and makes my hair feel so much softer than other conditioners. It smells amazing and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

    I have been using Nexxus for years! I And, I love the duality of this Keraphix conditioner! I use this conditioner to soak my satin scrunchies in when I clean them! The scrunchies come out like brand new, and I love fragrance-like scent of the conditioner!

    Smooth and shiny

    Been using this for years now and it has never let me down. Once in a while, I like to dye my own hair and whenever I use this my hair doesnt feel as dry and dead as it would after a box dye. My hair gets is silky smooth, feels and looks healthy.
