So here’s the pros: it will completely strip your hair, may be good once a month or less to remove any product buildup. I also happen to like the smell. That’s where the pros end. I have used cheap shampoo for years (we’re talking $3 Garnier) and I’ve used a number of products with “hair loss” lawsuits with absolutely no problems. I wash my hair every 3-5 days, so not too frequently. That being said, literal chunks of my hair came out every wash and for days after. My hair was constantly tangled immediately after washing. I used this product over 2 months to give it a fair try. I chalked it up to stress at first, but I finally went back to my $3 Garnier and within 3 days the chunks stopped coming out. It is most definitely the pineapple curls product. Stay so far away from using this consistently. Maybe once in a while if that

I tried this after seeing it on social media. It did nothing for my naturally curly hair. It weighed it down and felt heavy. I wouldn't recommend this product. The smell was nice and very summery though.

I don't know how this is still on the market. It gave me horrible dry scalp to the point that I went to a Dermatologist. Nothing they did helped. I finally quit this conditioner and am slowly improving after weeks of not using it. I'm so mad I wrecked my scalp for nearly a year with this.

Works great on my kids wavy and curly hair. I really notice a difference when we use this conditioner. The only issue is you seem to need to use a lot to get full benefits on longer hair.

Wasn't sure about it initially as my hair felt kind of dry after the first use, but i think my curls had just been being weighed down by my last conditioner. My hair hasn't curled like this in years!

Ever since I’ve used the shampoo and conditioner my hair has fallen out excessively. I’ve used it for a few months and my hair has thinned out dramatically. I am goingbro have to splurge for a shampoo that will help with the thinning this product has caused. I’ve always had thick curly hair. This product has caused so much thinning. The picture is of my gathered hair after a shower.
Smells heavenly!

I REALLY liked this conditioner at first. It smelled SO good! Then I learned about overconditioning. Evidently, it’s a thing. My hair stopped holding a wave. I used a clarifying shampoo and followed with my regular leave-in conditioner and all seems to be fine now. Guess my 2a hair doesn’t need two conditioners. Pacifica Pineapple Curls Conditioner should be great for curlier hair. You gotta smell it!!

I am a sucker for tropical smells and wanted to love this, but I don’t. It smells good at first but quickly starts to smell waxy. As a conditioner, for me it didn’t really do anything.

I used to love this, they changed the formula and it doesnt work nearly as well leaving my curls dry. Hate to see them cutting corners like this. I will be finding another conditioner after years of using this!

It used to be great for my hair. I have wavy/curly hair. Now, it dries out my scalp but still slightly enhances my waves/curls. I was using the rosemary conditioner after I started having the dry and itchy scalp, along with an ointment. My scalp returned to normal, I decide to use this conditioner today and I have dry/itchy spots again.

I was really excited to try it, the smell is fantastic but caused me rash on my scalp and back. Had to throw it away because I couldn’t deal with how bad it was.

I started using this product as it is curly girl approved. It is making my hair fall out! My hair sheds so much more using this product. I had been using it for months, ran out, then used a different conditioner (also curly girl approved) while waiting for this one to be shipped. I noticed a HUGE difference! I lost so much less hair in the shower with the other conditioner. It's unfortunate, because this one smells amazing and seems to get the tangles from shampooing out quickly. My stash is going back to the store!

They changed the formula! I had just started using it, this is my third bottle, and they changed it and it doesn’t work as well now.
