We did begin introducing feature updates to our line. These include new package and diaper graphics, and a larger Wetness Indicator on the outside of the diaper, so you won’t need to peek inside as much as before. Speaking of features on the outside of the diaper, we also introduced a softer-feeling outer cover, along with a softer inner layer, giving the baby a more cushiony feel. Your package of diapers was made with the same mild ingredients as our other Pampers products, which should not cause your child to have a diaper rash. It's actually normal to see a few particles of gel from time to time, particularly when the diaper is heavily saturated. We can certainly understand your surprise upon finding a hard piece of material in your diapers, and appreciate you reaching out. It's possible this could be hardened absorbent gelling material (AGM) which is the material inside the diaper that absorbs wetness.
