Comfy enough, over priced for the horrid sounds it makes.
When sitting down, it pops LOUDLY like a firework. It'll do the same while your shifting your weight in the chair. I'm super underweight. So that's not the problem. It's worth no more than $100, but honestly I wouldn't pay more than $60 for this creaking, popping crap of a chair.

Not worth it.
The arms are too long, making it so I can't scoot up to my desk close enough. I had to move my keyboardand mouse up at least 6 inches to reach them and the edges of my desk now dig into my elbows/forearms. The microfiber material also makes it look dirty. It is not comfortable. It's also uncomfortable: I only weight 100lbs and immediately all cushion just flattens and is hard. The lumbar support is too high and makes my back stick forward so I can't lean back all the way in the chair. I expected more for a Serta and the Price.

Love the chair, very comfy!
I absolutely love the pink color on this chair, it’s so pretty in person. The fabric is super soft. Shipped really quickly. It feels really comfortable so far. And I have to sit in it for almost 8 hours for work. It was kind of a pain to put together though. The bottom part of the chair was easy to put together but the back part of the chair, was really hard to screw on, one of the screws doesn’t even go in all the way. But I don’t feel like taking apart the whole thing and go through the hassle of returning it. Overall, I love it and it is super heavy duty and good quality, other than the issue with the screw.
