The right amount of kick
These peppers are a perfect texture. I like that they're soft and not hard and woody like some brands I've tried. I like to use them in Mississippi pot roast and they add a hint of kick without becoming too spicy or overpowering the other flavors.

Great tasting and no artificial colors
These are my favorite peppers to put on top of pizza or sandwiches. Perfect spice level, mild and not too spicy. I also like these because they do not contain artificial coloring like Yellow #5 as other brands do.
