No Replacement Parts from manufacturer
The 1 star goes to the manufacturer for not having replacement parts. They did respond to me and instructed me to return it to place of purchase. This is a very heavy item. The well packaged unit was missing the sides to the drawer and the side racks to slide the basket on. The unit is very nice, but now the whole experience has become a hassle. I live over an hour to the closest store.

Dirty and stained
I believe the one sent to me was a previous return (Because it looks used for sure and was shipped from the Indianapolis Return Center). The granite is stained blue and multiple pieces like the bottom piece for the drawer and wheels came dirty and used. Missing 2 screws for the drawer. Pieces for assembly were also mislabeled making it difficult to figure out what actually went where.

Poor quality product
After spending 2+ hours assembling the product, found that the drawer and basket would not fit the openings. Also, no matter how I tried to tighten the bolts, the product wobbhled dangerously.

Functional on a Budget
This concept is great for studio style layouts with minimal kitchen space. I put it together alone and it took about 2.5 hours but I'd recommend two people for better stability since it requires all pieces be in place not fully tightened until so. The material is decent but some pieces arrived with some minimal damage in various areas despite the plethora of original packaging, and some of the marks slightly off. Overall I'd say it's feasible enough to work with.

Needs more securing of top
It is not too hard to assemble but time consuming. One part came chipped but not worth returning because you have to pay cost of return. Granite top is nice but is only secured by two small dowels which stick out about 1/4 inch. I secured it with more Velcro tape. Needs more orientation of front and rear of parts. Target was cheapest price I could find and was in stock

I LOVE MY NEW CART. I AM USING IT AS A COFFEE NOOK TO KEEP ALL OF MY THINGS TOGETHER AND FREE UP COUNTER SPACE. I LOVE IT HOWEVER IT ISNT PERFECT AND DRAWBACKS. I STILL RECOMMEND THIS THOUGH. THE WHOLE CART ROLLS ON THE FLOOR WHEN I TRY IT TO OPEN IT. HOPEFULLY WITH TIME IT WILL GLIDE MORE SMOOTHLY. I TOOK A PICTURE WITH THE DRAWER OPEN SO YOU CAN GET AN IDEA AS TO HOW FAR IT WILL OPEN UP.

Absolutely awful! Drawer didn’t line up correctly. Screws didn’t fit properly in slots. I’ve never had an issue following directions with putting together furniture but this piece was just plain terrible!

Fabulous
This kitchen cart is well made and very nice looking. All the parts were delivered in perfect condition. Only problem was that there were no written directions, just diagrams, for assembly. It took over 4 hrs to assemble. But now worth the time.

Perfect cart for an apartment.
Love this cart! It was exactly what we were looking for in our new apartment. Extra space to free up our kitchen counter. What’s great is we can also take out the tray and store larger appliances underneath like a blender. Didn’t take long to put together. Great for the price.
