I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. I had no trouble putting this item together, though as others mentioned it takes 2 people and a bit of time. However, without even a month of use the top drawer collapsed onto the second drawer making both broken/unable to be used. The plastic provided by the manufacturer cracked with minimal use. This drawer that collapsed only held house slippers, it definitely cannot sustain actual shoes. It is within the return window, luckily. However, customer service with Target has been frustrating to get this broken item refunded and out of my life. I have to stay home to schedule a carrier to pick up a broken item.

No instructions provided. Dimensions off and drawers did not fit. Impossible to put together. Don’t waste your time. and Don’t buy it.

Excellent storage for so many pairs of shoes. I had been looking for something like this for a long time. It's sleek and easily fits into any space

some of the parts are not in precise size, make it not able to assemble. Have to return it in the end. Also the quality is bad, easy to break while open boxes

In 1 drawer takes 8 woman’s shoes, but only 6 man’s shoes. Its thin easily can be put together, it takes about 2 hours for 2 people to build it

The dimensions listed on this item are incorrect. I had to return it right away as it didn't fit my space. Looks solid, but that needs to be verified.

With four kids, we had an overflow of shoes and no closet space to put them. This was the perfect solution for us! The white cabinet blends in with the white hallway where it stands so it doesn't take any visual space. All of our kids' shoes fit inside. I've gotten a few compliments on it about what a brilliant idea such a piece is. I was able to assemble this 100% on my own, although I have had quite a bit of experience in putting furniture together over the years. The piece is heavy and there is one part in the assembly that would have been much easier with a second person...or if I was stronger perhaps. Nonetheless, I was successful in assembling with no broken pieces. My recommendation is follow the instructions carefully, make sure you're using the correct screw sizes and have an extra set of hands around just incase. Having compared all similar pieces out there and the prices of such I find this to be a good buy.

This item was terrible to put together. The directions were poor and several parts broke during assembly. Would not suggest this item
