Toast it!
This bread is extremely tasty. My first time trying it, it was a bit dry making a sandwich. However, I have toasted it from then on and it is delicious. It brings out the flavor even more and especially good toasted with jelly. The nuts and grains are very prominent and the berry notes come out after toasted. Also it’s about 10 carbs per slice which isn’t too bad.

Welcome addition to thin-sliced breads
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I try to buy thin sliced bread to reduce the carbs (diabetic) and calories, but it's not always available. I love a hearty bread, but the calorie and carb count can be astronomical. I've bought Pepperidge Farm Whole Grain Thin Sliced a few times now. I think it tastes great and makes a hearty sandwich. Also, it doesn't fall apart like some of the other thin-sliced breads.

They aren’t too thick just thin enough to taste that whole grain flavor. Sandwich meats are excellent on the bread but my favorite is tuna. I would highly recommend Pepperidge farm 15 grain bread.
