Great bottle but the lid has broken and there is no way to buy a replacement without repurchasing the whole bottle. Not economically or environmentally friendly.

This bottle is hard to sip, and the latch broke so it’s useless now. I tried finding replacement lid and I can’t find one. They need to make replacement straws and lids instead of just the rubber mouthpieces.

I have had this water bottle for months and never had any issues. But the cap recently broke so now it's constantly hanging open. I love the brita filter and the construction of the straw but I hate how the lid is broken and doesn't close. It's. a poor design. I want to order another lid but Brita doesn't sell the lid separately which is frustrating. If this is such a common design flaw they should just sell the lids. I don't need a filter or straw attachment, I just need the lid.

The screw top just would not work. Then I realized it was broken. We only owned it for one month. Because of a trip and covid, it was too late for a refund, ugh.

I bought the 20 oz stainless steel bottle and have begun to love relying on it to minimize my impact to the environment while safely enjoying water on the go. Unfortunately, I did not get but a few months of use out of it before the fastening mechanism on the lid broke. Seems like the plastic is too thin or brittle to withstand 1 week a month of travel. Really would’ve been a good investment but it is disappointing it did not last for the price I paid.

Let me start off by saying I LOVE this bottle! Its literally my favorite color, fits perfectly in my backpack pocket, cap that protects it from the environment, is insulated AND filtered. My parents bought it for me for Christmas 2023 and I'm looking to purchase my 3rd replacement because the previous two lids broke at the clasp. Its such a shame because its a great water bottle otherwise. I really wish I could just buy replacement lids because I now have multiple bottles without a usable lid.

I’ve bought two of these metal water bottles. They were great until both plastic caps broke where they’re supposed to latch onto the lock, so now neither close properly. After that happened to the first bottle, I tried to be extra careful with the second. But the exact same thing happened.

I was incredibly satisfied when I first purchased my water bottle after seeing my friends happy with their purchases. However after having it for some time, the lid of my water has broken off and I had yet to come across a replacement top and I can’t justify purchasing an entirely new bottle solely a top. As much as I loved my water bottle, I find this incredibly inconvenient.

I thought this filtered bottle was a good idea until after 6 monthswe noticed the interior of the lid and straw began growing black mold. Wr had purchased additional water filters hoping this would fix the black mold problem, but no. We used spray bleach and it worked at first. Then it stopped. I looked up home remedies to get rid of this black mold but nothing works. At this point they are useless to us and I have all these extra filters.

Loved it until I noticed horrible mold in the mouthpiece. It was disgusting and I dont know how long I had been drinking from it. Was able to clean it up and soaked it. Its great otherwise for travel. A little heavy but worth it for safe water. Once you get to used to the mouthpeice it works. Please sell replacements for the mouthpiece. Would recommend but pay attention to mold growth in mouthpiece.

I love this bottle and use it all the time but over the past 4 years the latch to secure the lid has broken twice. When enquiring about purchasing a replacement lid, Brita customer support sent me a new bottle. This was very nice of them but I'd be fine with buying just the piece I need (and I need again). I don't love accumulating bottles I don't need to replace a lid. The stainless bottle is in great shape and houses all my favorite stickers. I hope Brita both considers the design of the lid for improvement and selling replacement parts.

Whilst I have been very happy with this bottle, having purchased 3 of these now for myself (work, home etc.), the clasp that keeps the lid has broken from just normal use, making the bottle redundant. This is very disappointing given the cost of this bottle, and the perceived quality of the bottle. To make it even worse, I've been informed that there isn't a replacement part for this.

I am on my second Brita stainless bottle. The first lid broke at the clasp in front and I was sent a new one. The one lasted maybe a year or so and now the back of the lid broke at the hinges. Plus the mouthpiece turned black from what I read is from the carbon. Either way for the price I feel these products should last longer.

I bought this water bottle awhile back but am just using it for the first time. The water is extremely hard to get out. Water spills all over me through the little hole in the top of the lid. It is not functional.
