Description
Usage Directions: Before use, wash water bottle in top rack of dishwasher or by hand with warm soapy water. Water Bottle filters dont require soaking. Rinse filter under running water for 15 seconds. Place new filter into housing and press down firmly until filter is flush with straw. Align lid and straw in unlocked position, then rotate straw to lock. Replace water filter every 2 months or 40 gallons. When replacing the filter, look for item number 60258 35818, the black Brita Bottle Replacement Filters. Fill your bottle with tap water and enjoy. Substances reduced may not be in all users water.

Please don't use with water that is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before or after the system. Q: With normal brita systems, the amount of water passing through the filter slows the water down. Since the water is going through the filter as you drink it, is there less water available to drink.

Q: Do you need to keep water it the bottle all the time like the other Brita products so the filters dry up and aren't good any more?
