    Never works

    Brought this for Christmas for my son. It worked twice, started slowing down after a few rides and just stopped. He has rode ir less than 15 times because every time he tried it moved then stopped. What a waste of money

    Plugged in overnight in a working outlet. Light comes on charger and scooter but even push starting the scooter it will not charge

    Unable to charge

    The charging port was broken upon arrival. There is no fix other than returning and reordering. Unfortunately this looks like a common problem for this model.

    Very Disappointed in Target

    Unfortunately the scooter would not charge fully. Called the manufacturer to see if we were doing something wrong and learned this model was manufactured in 2017. So, straight out of the box, the scooter, battery and charger are already 7 years old! We had purchased 3 as gifts for grandchildren. What gives, Target? Poor customer relations in allowing such to be sold!

    Amazing

My daughter totally loves it and is on it almost everyday, I love the design it is nice and sleek and not super bulky like some other designs. My daughter loves that she can get places faster and it is easy to grab and go. It also takes no skill and its easy to learn. Overall we are loving this and its got a great speed to it and its super fun!

    Great scooter!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This arrived right before the weather turned so my son got some use out of it before we stored it for winter. I do recommend that you have a helmet and elbow and knee pads until your child gets the hang of it. He had a couple spills before he was able to right himself and have a smooth riding experience. This was easy to set up and charge. He loves the color and how fast it goes. It’s very well made and sturdy for him. I like that it has a weight limit of over 100 lbs so he’ll get a couple years of use out of it before he outgrows it. This is a fun little scooter and he can’t wait until the weather is nice again so he can ride! Love Razor products.

    Piece of Junk

    My 7 yr old son won this scooter by finding a " golden egg" at an Easter Egg Hunt this weekend for my company. We charged it for the recommended 12 hours and he used it for about 30 minutes and it quit working. We thought it died so we plugged it in for a few hours until the light was green to indicate a full charge. He took it outside to try riding it again and it still won't work. We followed all the troubleshooting steps in the manual and still nothing. My sons excitement has now turned to heartbreak. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
