Single layr handles are better... They don't crack
Very sturdy and comfortable to carry. One piece softer plastic so much better than the kind with the hard plastic second color overlay handles that are not as strong and cause the basket to crack at the joint underneath at each corner of the handle. Cosmetic but not functional but probably increases sales due to the failure. 😕

Not worth the car ride home
Same as all the other sterilite products I’ve bought, the handles break and crack, such a horrible basket company and the stickers on the products read “ made in the usa “ soooo 🤷🏼♂️ I know this, once they are replaced, I will personally reinforce the handle areas, do not waste your time and save your fingers and hands the pinches and cuts from these baskets, just not a well made product

Spacious and sturdy basket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we have loads of laundry, we need a strong basket to store it. Sterilite weave laundry basket has made storing laundry so much easier. I love the strong and durable design of these baskets. It can hold good quantity of clothes. The side handles have good grip and helps in lifting it properly. I love the storage it provides and modern weave pattern on it. Great for all laundry room needs.

Travel bin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know these are used for laundry but in my house we put them in the car when we travel. they are perfect to take to the beach and put sandy wet things in them and once the towels are dry it’s easily brushed out!! Think outside the box I mean bin lol

A must for laundry day

Love this basket!

They are made of durable plastic, have handles, and are easy to wipe clean. I have them in storage closets and out to organize in plain set while still looking decorative. Highly recommend!

They crack and leave sharp, deadly edges
I've had many different sterlite baskets and they all crack, relatively soon, and leave sharp edges. We have been replacing them, but the new ones break right away too. This morning, it pinched my finger so bad, it bleed all over the clothes! And, I haven't determined if I should get stitches! What would happen if I should and fell? This thing could kill!

This product could have been better if the area around the handles could be reinforced and flashes trimmed off which are very sharp.
Generally, the laundry basket is sloid in construction considering the use and purpose. I was disheartened because when I wrote to the company regarding the cracked handles, they only replied but there was no follow-up. I liked it at first look and I bought 3 of them but I use them less often.

Sterilite hip baskets have been perfect for kids in the Hospital
My non profit Rock’n Rooms delivers themed baskets to kids who are in the Hospital for 3 weeks or longer. We fill a Sterilite basket with a theme the child picks out. A comforter, wall decals, sheets, books, toys, arts and craft items, a light, art tray and stuffed animal all go into the basket. It’s amazing how much the Sterilite basket can hold. These baskets are very sturdy- we deliver around 200 baskets a year and have never had any issues with the Sterilite baskets.
