Looks great, cooks great. Perfect for casseroles, gratins, and my all time favorite, eggplant parmesan. The cast iron browns beautifully, and looks gorgeous on the table. Keeps food nice and hot, and is so easy to clean. Love that I can prep, and then store either in the refrigerator or freezer. These are heavy duty cast iron, made in French and made to last a lifetime and then some.

Great little dish

These dishes are so cute and are the perfect size for side dishes. I love that they are made out of cast iron, so that the side dishes will stay hot even when they are on the table. Also, if you cook things like macaroni and cheese or potato gratin in these dishes, the outside gets nice and crispy.

Goes high heat to table. A double serving appetizer /dip/soufflé dish...or even a sizzling tabletop fajita dish...be creative. Enameled everywhere for durability.

Dip and spread servers

These little dishes are perfect for hot or cold dips or spreads. I have a few and put them out at parties! I can have hot dips stay hot in the cast iron and cold dips stay cold, just by keeping in the oven or fridge until ready to serve. Better than ceramic, cast iron holds temperature longer.

Excellent little serving dish for desserts and appetizers. Staub's quality shines even in these small serving dishes. Prep in advance and put into the oven before serving. Simple. Dishwasher safe because they are enamel coated. No seasoning necessary.

Serve just like your favorite restaurant

I love being able to serve individual portions of starters, sides or desserts for dinner parties or even my family. Even heating, great browning for those crispy edges and beautiful presentation. Like all Staub the matte black interior needs to seasoning and cleans up easily.

Get a few of these and serve individual portions, either from a larger pot or after these come from the oven! Special way to serve a gratin, mac & cheese, rice w/ veggies and so much more! They will look great with some of your other Staub on the table - mix & match them for a rustic presentation of comfort food!

endless uses

You will love these little gratin pans. Made from cast iron these cook evenly, stay hot for a very long time and look great on the table. I use these for desserts, single servings of pasta and deep dish pizza along with gratins.

These mini bakers are good for appetizers, individual portions, or dessert. Great for creating customized dishes by adding your preferred ingredients before placing in the oven. Have guests build their own breakfast strata, baked pasta, or fruit crumble.

This distinct size is perfect for individual baked dishes. Since my family has different tastes, this makes my life easier. Some with cheese, some with breadcrumbs... This is a very useful size. The handle are perfect for transferring from oven to table. The cast iron is second to none!!!
