    Nice all-around kitchen knife

    A Cut Above Others

    This boning knife is excellent and light weight. It feels good in the hand and cuts meats superbly. At times I use it to cut tomatoes, as well. I have regularly used this knife and five others purchased with a block for over 4 decades. When my granddaughter married recently, I purchased a set for her.

    Very well crafted knife

    love this knife, but it died

    We've been using this knife for nearly 20 years, but it died today - the end snapped off when using it to cut into some frozen meat. Will have to get another or the set will be missing a well used knife.

    Great addition to my Four Star set

    Small but mighty
