Excellent knife

This is the perfect tomato knife. The handle is very comfortable to hold. The forged steel blade is very sharp. The teeth cut right through with ease. Its great for tomatoes, citrus, bagels or anything else with a tougher outside and softer interior.

This knife feels and cuts just as well as some of the more expensive knives on the market. Great weight, balance, and comfortable grip. The serrations never need sharpening, so I am always assured a great edge in the kitchen. Use for just about everything, Cut lemons, limes, melons, pineapple, onions and tomatoes. Slice bagels and rolls, and use for spreads on breads, and halving sandwiches. This little knife has a big place my kitchen.

It is part of the Forged Synergy line, an elegant line of forged knives. The graceful sculpted handles fit nicely in the palm of the hand; and an integrated bolster that makes these medium weight knives comfortable to grip. The double-riveted handles securely encase the full tang blade. These knives are forged from high quality German stainless steel and manufactured to the highest global standards. That means these knives are sharp giving you years of enjoyment. High quality at a great price. Really good value. Although they are dishwasher safe, I recommend hand washing them. They will retain the ‘just purchased’ look because dishwasher detergent is very hard on knives.

This Forged Synergy 5 inch serrated knife is great for small jobs in the ktichen- slicing, dicing, etc and particularly great for lemons, limes, oranges, and tomatoes. This handle is very comfortable and although it is a value line knife, the blade is still very sharp.

I know they call this a tomato knife, but it has so many more uses! Citrus, bread and rolls, tomatoes, of course, and smaller fruits. A nice serrated blade that is sharp and doesn't need sharpening.

This is a great "everything" knife! The handle is super comfortable and the serrated blade is very sharp. It's perfect for tomatoes, cheese and meats. I use it for slicing sandwiches but actually it's great for anything that's hard on the outside and soft on the inside.
