A: From what I've heard and read, you can just put it on after you cleanse your face. So I don't think it matters too much when you apply it, but is highly recommended for night time use.

A: It's a milky white... cream would be too thick of a word, it's more fluid than that but not runny. It's thin and absorbs really well/quickly so it doesn't leave any color - I'd think it would work well on any skin tone. Just disappears and feels nice and light.
