    Melts Everything Off, even my long days

    I’ve tried a LOT of makeup removers, but the Neutrogena Makeup Remover Melting Balm truly surprised me. The texture is this smooth, buttery balm that literally melts into an oil the second it touches your skin. It feels so luxe and gentle at the same time. I wear long-wear foundation, waterproof mascara, liner — the whole glam situation — and this balm breaks it ALL down without me having to scrub my face like I’m mad at it. That alone is a win for me. What I love most: • It doesn’t sting my eyes • No greasy film left behind • Skin feels soft, not stripped • A little goes a long way I massage it onto dry skin, add a little warm water to emulsify, and rinse. It leaves my skin clean but still hydrated — which is important because I hate that tight, dry feeling after removing makeup.     Good for a drugstore cleansing balm

    While this did help me remove my makeup I found that it was not a lot of product and I had to use more of this than other cleaning balms I’ve used to get the same results. It took a bit for me to get my mascara off as well. Overall I wasn’t too impressed and would prefer to spend more on a cleaning balms that lack a bigger punch.

    I am really impressed with the effectiveness of this melting balm; it dissolves even my most stubborn waterproof mascara without me having to scrub. I was worried it would leave my skin feeling oily, but it doesn't leave any heavy grease behind once you rinse it off. It’s very gentle on the eyes and doesn't cause that blurry vision some other balms do. The scent is very light and clean, which I appreciate for a product I use right on my face. It makes taking off my makeup at the end of the day feel much more like a spa experience.

    This product is incredibly effective in cleaning makeup for lips, eyes,face, even waterproof mascara,without any tugging and doesn’t irritate my skin. Soft texture, no bad odor . It really melts onto my skin and sort of just lifts the product off of my face making. My skin isn’t dry or tight and feels soft and comfortable after.It’s very small, fits in my pocket and comes in a small box , easy to travel with and doesn’t spill . Reasonable price and easy to find. Overall,this a good product that I would recommend to anyone looking for simple makeup remover but effective.
