Cable is hood, center blue plastic spool wheel snapped into shard apparently in shipping? just noticed this after ripping of the cardboard circle pull out. Hope none of the cables are damaged, but overall good quality

Good stuff!
This was my first cat 6 cable I have ever bought. It was for my new home which I plan on adding additional lines for PoE devices and extra ports on the wall. Overall, the build and quality are great and what I expected. Shipping was timely and the discounted price was the major factor to why I bought these.

Not the most qualified because I?ve never run Ethernet before, but I?ve had no issues with it. Solid copper, much better than CCA (copper classes aluminum) or stranded cable for in wall runs. Cat6 is great for residential (can even get 10Gbps on most runs). CMR rated and UL certified is ideal for indoor residential runs. At $85 for a 1000? I can?t recommend it enough, TrueCable is $170 for the same specs and length off Amazon. There was a voluntary recall on some Monoprice Cat6 cable in 2019/2020, but from my research it only affects commercial buildings. It also seems they did well remedying the recall. Further I would imagine they really really tested this stuff throughly as it succeeds a recall. Definitely imagine they want to avoid that again.

Cat6 for Cameras
Ran this wire in my attic for a camera security system. Works perfectly and was so easy to pull from the box. Ran it over many other communication and high voltage wires with no interference.

Great cable to use. I have purchased a bunch of these throughout the years for various installs. They are a little bit larger than other brands and do tangle a bit. However, that will happen with any cable. I have pinched a few runs but it didn't damage the cable.
