A lot of work...
This cart is so perfect- once it's built. I consider myself pretty handy and I actually look forward to putting together furniture! But this was a challenge... the instructions leave a lot for you to understand and figure out on your own. No words or zoom in on which side to put what way. You have to be really aware and line things up on your own or you might accidentally skip a step and have to take things back apart to fix it (which of course I did with the side rails of the open part). That being said, if you're cool with a little frustration and maybe an hour or two to devote to this, it's great! Super sturdy and heavy. I also swapped out the drawer pulls to something cuter.
