I hate chopping onions. I hate even more having fresh onions in the house. But I love using onions and use them a lot in cooking. Found this little gem years ago, and have been using it since! They’re portioned in cubes, and make for a quick add to your dishes, and no chopping or fresh onions to mess with. And I am no longer wasting product since they’re kept in the freezer. Highly, highly recommend it!!

Let yourself be lazy
Me from five years ago would be moritifed that I'm using pre-made frozen cubes of sauteed onion for everyday cooking, but current me is so happy to. Would I use it for french onion soup, or where the main star of the show is the onion? No. But that's just as much about the quantity as it is about the quality. Is it lovely for adding depth of flavor to stews, etc? YES.

Living in a small household, buying fresh onions is a big gamble because almost always it can go to waste. I'm glad I found these frozen onions. I think Target is the only place I have seen these. I will keep repurchasing these because it makes cooking a lot easier.

WHY add inflammatory seed oil!?
This is such a cool product, until they added the seed oil. Please change the receipt to a non-inflammatory oil like olive oil or avocado oil. OMIT the sunflower seed oil, please.
