Has a bit of an after taste, but light years ahead of regular protein drinks. Will buy again!

The consistency is not too thick, and is creamy and delicious. For the price, it’s definitely the best protein beverage on the market! I wish it was available in bulk from my local warehouse stores!

Best shake! I take it in the morning and I a full right through lunch. I do wish these shakes would not use so much cholesterol. Overall a good meal substitute. They are little pricey, but worth it!

Perfect high protein drink. I go to the gym so this is easy for me to eat when I don’t feel like cooking. Not necessarily a meal replacement, I eat throughout the day, but this is great right after a workout.
