Works so well, so much easier then fighting my son to take Tylenol. Lost one star because it is super hard to load up with Tylenol or Motrin. It's not compatible with the Tylenol or Motrin bottles.

WARNING For Premature Babies
We ordered this a few days ago for our premature baby who requires slow-flow nipples for her milk still. We thought this would be a game-changer for her medicine intake as she struggles a bit with the syringes, and from reading the product description thought that this would be easier and safer. THE BULB DOES NOT (SEEM TO) HAVE A CONTROLLED FLOW. We were administering medicine to her and she choked to the point of stopping breathing and turned blue, even with us slowly pressing the syringe at the same pace as we always do. If your baby is not able to take a standard flow rate, DO NOT USE this for your baby. Dr. Brown's needs to implement some more product testing on these pacifiers, and include a flow rate, or state the lack thereof. It's a great idea, but they need to clarify exactly what kinds of babies these are "easier" for, because it does not seem to be better for the preemies.

Terrible design
You can’t open up the syringe to clean it and there is no way for inside of pacifier to dry after dishwasher (as they suggest) so it’s a perfect place for mold to grow. I only use Dr. Brown bottles and generally consider their products well designed and good quality. But this? Waste of money, I will throw it out. And I bought 2!!

this is one of the best baby items you can have. my 1-month-old had to take all medication for 29 days with an infant it's very hard to give medication without choking or gagging this work perfect I must have for any infant baby that has to take all medications I highly recommend this product

Plunger extremely tight
I originally LOVED this product but after about a week the syringe became so tight that I couldn’t even press it down or remove the plunger to clean it. It’s basically unusable now. Very disappointing for such a trusted brand.

Simple and easy to use
With having children there is always a time where the child needs medication, my children have all hated to take any kind of medication. This makes my life a little easier. All of my children have loved a pacifier so giving them something they are already used to worked well for us. I just shot the medicine right in and we were good to go the 1st few times I did end up with a pretty shocked baby but it worked well.

Very helpful!
My baby has to take medicine daily and this definitely helped with the task. We usually has to put it in his bottle but sometimes he didn’t finish so we didn’t know if he got it all. This helps us easily make sure he gets all of his medicine and is content while receiving it.

Great idea, as my daughter tries to spit out all medicines, but she is very picky and only like Soothie pacifiers and this isn’t shaped like those. Totally worth a try for your little one!
