Q: My shelves are 14" Deep w/Predrilled holes. Do I Need 14" or 12" Valet rod?

A: Yes, if you have a 14" depth closet you will use the 14" depth accessories. So you would need to get the CVR-14-CR. The 12" version would still work, but you would lose a little bit of length.
