Gardener's Lifetime Tools are handmade for us in Holland by DeWit Garden Tools, a fourth-generation, family-owned business that has been crafting fine gardening tools for more than a century. The Long-Handled Double Tool is a garden cultivator and hoe in one, so you can loosen soil and weed beds with just one tool. We gave this version a long handle, which allows you to work from a standing position so there's less strain on your back. The Gardener's Lifetime Long-Handled Double Tool is hand-forged from the finest high-carbon Swedish boron steel. Unlike flimsy tools that are stamped from thin stainless steel, this tool is ready for a lifetime of use by serious gardeners. The handle is made of sustainably grown European ash hardwood.

Had several large beds of native perennials and shrubs installed last fall and with spring weather, weeds were starting to crop up en masse. The rake helps loosen mulch around the based of plants and the hoe tackles the weeds. Does the trick!

I purchased two, my daughter has tendinitis and pulling weeds is one of the things the pt told her to avoid. It will be a Christmas gift, I tried mine out yesterday and it definitely made weeding easier.

This is exactly what I was looking for! I don't have a lot of space to keep tools so I was very pleased to find a dual function one that does everything I'd hoped. I wasn't sure if I should get the long-handled one or the raised bed tool that is shorter. I want to be more gentle on my back so this has worked out well and I may get the shorter one down the road so that I can put it in my tool back, hitch it to my bike, and bike to my garden plots. Well made, the hoe and cultivator are small enough to use for tighter spaces.

I was excited to order this product. $5.00 for shipping and handling .. Great! It's $5.00 additional to the regular shipping and handling which amounts to about $20.00 .. very misleading and disappointing.
