A: I also have a latex allergy and have never reacted to this. I've had mine for over a decade. That being said, they could change the ingredients in the lid at any time.

Q: Can I use this in the freezer to freeze the milk?

A: No. I rinsed one out with water and put it in the freezer and it spider cracked and I had to throw it away. Be careful about this!
