Just another person who received a shattered mirror. I tried twice to order it. The first time it didn’t even arrive, it was marked “damaged” in route and I was refunded. The second time they used a crappy delivery company and it was marked as being out for delivery 2 days in a row and I never got it. Target refunded me and said “if you end up getting it feel free to keep it”, as though I was getting a perk. The mirror ended up showing up 2 days later completely shattered. It’s astounding that given all of these reviews from customers having the same experience, they haven’t figured out something better or even opt to go with a better shipping company to handle their packages. FedEx is reckless with packages, and whatever OnTrac is, is even worse. Do better Target, it’s lazy.

Nightmare.
PLEASE listen to other reviews. Arrived completely shattered with the box broken and shards of glass coming out. Target then sent a USPS pickup for the item, which is too big and cannot be processed. This has been an absolute nightmare and I still have not been refunded for the mirror and now have to go pick it up at our local post office. THIS ITEM SHOULD NOT BE SHIPPED. Worst experience I have ever had with a company shipping an item let alone Target.

The mirror was absolutely obliterated. I’m not sure how this is still being sold. This is such a safety hazard. I have small children and small pieces of glass (practically dust) is in the bottom of this box and is likely to have fallen out as I was carrying this inside. Who knows where it fell. I’m mad at myself for not reading the reviews, but have never had this kind of experience with anything I’ve purchased from Target. Also this somehow is described as “highly rated”. EXTREMELY disappointed.

This mirror was on a registry I was shopping from. I hesitated to purchase it based on the recent reviews but I did anyway. Like so many others, it arrived shattered. As soon as we started to open the box, glass was falling out. So disappointing. Thankfully Target took care of the situation very quickly but I just want to warn others not to be tempted. The package is VERY heavy and it will be a chore to dispose of.

Arrived damaged and a hassle to return
Like previous reviewers have experienced, this arrived with multiple large cracks in the glass. Target requires you to return the item in order to get the refund, which is a huge chore considering the size and weight of the package. It's a nice looking mirror but not worth it to order again and risk going through the same hassle.
