Love them, but one pair already has a hole
These are my favorite style from Hanes. They are so soft and comfortable. Unfortunately they are becoming hard to find. I was excited to find them. But after two washings one pair already had a hole in it. I'm so sad that the quality isn't the same anymore.

Sizes have changed
I was very disappointed in this design. I previously purchased Hanes Ultimate® ComfortSoft® Stretch Hipster in size 11 and loved them. This product is no longer offered in that size. So I tried this product. Apparently Hanes has changed their sizes since I last ordered as these are larger than the Ultimate ComfortSoft product even though they are the same size. Maybe I will order the others in a smaller size but if there is going to be a change in sizes, there should be a big notification on each product page.

Be aware: the fit has changed. The crotch area is extremely narrow and nothing like previous versions of this underwear. It feels skimpy and uncomfortable. I bought these expecting the same fit as before and was disappointed.

Run small, not very soft.
These run small and are not very stretchy. I’m hoping they get softer over time as I wash, but after first wash they are a bit scratchy and very little stretch. Needed 100% cotton though so they will do.

These are the worst pack of undies I’ve ever encountered. The crotch is comically narrow, the material is so thin and cheap it’s see through. Somehow despite being knit, there is no stretch, one wear and the waistband was blown out. I washed before wearing these and after one wash the fabric is so scratch and covered in pilling.

Shapeless and Ill Fitting
For reference, I am 5’4” and 125 lbs. These are absolute garbage panties. I was suckered in by the high cotton content, but these were shapeless and ill fitting. Purchased two sizes, (small and medium), tried them both on and then couldn’t return either package (for obvious hygiene reasons). I then tried washing them, to see if they would shrink into some sort of recognizable shape and comfortable fit, it just made it worse. If I could, I’d ask for a refund.

No! Just No!
I love that these are organic cotton, but that is where it stops. I’m not sure why any underwear manufacturer would put elastic inside the seams of the leg openings in women’s panties. We are not toddlers needing to wear bloomers to cover our diapers here. We are grown women expecting you to understand that we want to be comfortable. Nothing about having an elastic band around your leg & cutting into your butt says “comfort” or “no panty lines” as they are advertised. There is absolutely no reason to ever put elastic bands in the leg openings of women’s underwear! No! Just No! You’re doing it all wrong Hanes!
