I’m really disappointed with my recent iPhone order from Target. The delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong color — I ordered coral but received orange. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my daughter, so the mix-up caused a lot of inconvenience. While the product itself is fine, the shipping and fulfillment experience was frustrating. I hope Target improves their order accuracy and customer service for situations like this.

Remote Management Issue
iPhone arrived early and looked great. When I started to set it up, I noticed a screen that said remote management and listed a company name. There was no option to skip this or disagree. Since this device is remotely managed, it would not allow us to use the iCloud back up from our old phone to set up this phone. We will be returning this device to the store.

Defective Phone don't buy
The phone arrived and it seemed good, a couple of light scratches on the screen, back, edges, and around the camera. It seemed to work well for a couple of hours and when it was on 50% it just turned off. I tried many ways for 2 hours to turn it back on but it just didn't seem to respond and had to return It the next day.
