Looks good, bad quality.

Came cracked. Luckily they sent a new one with no issue. Drawers are very flimsy, fell apart in less than 6 months.

Nice piece

Bed was nice. It did come with a side piece damaged like it was dragged and punctured (the boxes were in perfect condition so IDK). Didn't contact company since I didn't want to wait to build and ship back pieces or whatnot. I was able to make it look OK. Not too hard to build I feel like it was a good for the price. My daughter likes how it's lower than your usual bed.

Delivery damage

I already had one just like this for one son, so when my other son wanted the same thing I was happy to have found one at a good price here. The bed part of the delivery came 2 days late and the package was damaged. It was retapped and even marked damaged. The delivery person just left this heavy box hanging off my front porch. Once I was able to get someone to bring the heavy, now disproportioned box inside, my son was insistent I try to put it together anyway. So, I did and found a few pieces were slightly damaged. It was damaged enough to render the thing unusable but it was enough to require repairs before I could complete the bed. The other problem I ran into was attaching the headboard to the bed frame; those screws just did not want to go in all the way. It’s a decent bed but it’s a gamble on rather the item will arrive without damage. The first one I bought (same exact bed) from a different vendor also came with damage to the box and one back drawer piece had to fixed in order to complete it. There seems to be no option to request a replacement of parts it’s either you keep it or return it.

KEEP LOOKING TERRIBLE

DO NOT BUY!! The worse bed ever made. Started falling a part after a month. The frame is terrible. Please keep looking. I have to throw it away and I haven’t had it for a year yet. Draws fell a part and wood is very cheap.

Awful product. Especially for the price. Haven’t even had the bed 6 months and everything is falling apart. None of the connections stayed tight. It is super flimsy and poorly made

Good purchase

We like this bed! It’s all particle board, but we knew that by reading the description. My son is 12 and he loves it! He should have it for many years! It’s a good purchase. One board came cracked, but it was on a side we were putting against a wall and it didn’t hinder support of the bed. Delivery was very fast. I ordered in the morning one day and received it in the afternoon the next day!
