A: Yes, it's pretty easy to tear in half "again" -- I do this all the time -- but it's not perforated for you to do so. But in terms of going with the grain, it's a pretty clean tear.

A: No. Up & Up only offers full size and select-a-size which are half sheets. You’re best off cutting them. Brawny is the only brand that makes the tearing squares and they’re expensive.

A: Uh. No. Not sure that exists.

A: No it does not. And while they work fine in quality, the triple rolls are so large they do not work well in my upright dispenser. The roll does not “roll” at all

A: I actually prefer the up & up paper towels to Bounty. When Bounty was difficult to purchase, I started to buy up & up. It is now the only paper towel brand I use. :)

A: I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing. I grew up, and still do, cover things with paper towels in the microwave. I’m still alive 🤷‍♀️

A: Most plain white paper towels are OK, but avoid ones with dyes. Ones made of post-consumer recycled material may contain tiny bits of metal, also an issue. The leaching chemicals thing is a myth.

A: The old school style of using paper towels to cover food in the microwave should never be used. This goes for any paper towels! We now know that the chemicals from the towels will leach into the food.
