Elegant and functional
Great looks and functional design. It is supposed to make a sound when it reaches temperature but I have yet to hear that. All in all well worth the investment.

Look nice but it got rust inside after use
This kettle looks nice. Water get hot in a short time. After using for a few months, it starts to get rust inside. Low quality of stainless steel inside the kettle.

Great
I've recently bought this kettle and I'm impressed by this minimalistic design. However, it's much larger than I expected. I like that it has different temperature settings and the noise is OK.

My last Kettle ❤️
I bought this kettle 5 years ago, during the time we all want to forget. It is still going strong, no issues, heats up like a dream, and I use it not just for water but I also find it useful when my honey starts to crystallize and I can put the container directly into the kettle on the bottle, warming function, and it liquefies my honey in no time. It's easy to keep clean and it looks great on my countertop. I use this kettle five times a day minimum and it's still working great. If this kettle were to ever reach its lifespan, I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Easy cleaning
I love the seamless interior for cleaning. I live in the country and we have iron in our water, this makes cleaning the kettle easy.

Poor quality. Quit working.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Touch pad quit working so unable to turn on kettle. Liked the kettle a lot overall but it’s expensive garbage now.

Would recommend
i bought this item about 1 week ago. So far it holds up fairly well. I love it is made with all metals and with no plastic contacting water. It makes me feel safer.

OK Kettle, not worth the price.
Not such a great kettle. The "keep warm" option just keeps boiling and it has a weird smell, which makes the water taste weird. Not worth the price, I liked my old Cuisinart better, it was easier to use and less expensive.

We received a defective product: the kettle does not power on at all. Two weeks later, Zwilling has still not responded.

Ready to send it back to the company!
The touch pad is a nuisance. Whether one uses a soft touch or presses, it does not always come on. Save your money and buy a cheap hot water kettle. I thought this was a quality product.

Unit was dead on arrival and never worked once.
Purchased as a gift. Just took it out and cleaned it and all appears to be new. However, after a brief flash of all the controls the unit has no power. I’ve followed all directions. It has water, connected properly, etc. The outlet works (I’ve checked it with a multimeter and also tried other appliances. Also tried a second outlet that works fine (new house). The unit is simply dead. Returning and not sure I want another one considering this is a higher end brand and a pricey item for what it does and it came out of the box dead.

Didn't last long
Purchased 13 months ago. Excited when first received. It worked as it's expected. But only for about 1 year and then broke right after warranty. When it worked, it worked. Everything's fine. I actually quite enjoyed using it.

Rust after 2 days only…
I had the kettle for 2 days and rust started to show. Very disappointed. For an expensive kettle and from a very reputable brand this is unacceptable

Rust less than 1 year
Rust starts to develop less than 1 year. I question the QA of the company and the craftmanship.

While there are a few factors for stainless steel to rust like Mineral build up or the Chlorine water level. We suggest decalcifying your Kettle regularly following the steps in your user manual.
