  • A: We bought this new April 2025. Completely faded within a month or two of being on our deck. Looks terrible now. Definitely not good for more than one summer of use, if that. It's unfortunate because the colors were beautiful.

  • A: Yes, that's exactly what you do. but be sure to dry the rug completely front and back. Here's a little more info: Regular cleaning will help keep your rug looking like new, as well as helping it stand up better against regular wear and tear. Vacuuming (without the beater bar) or sweeping is important for getting rid of dust, dirt, and debris. As with indoor rugs, accumulating dirt creates more friction on rug fibers and increases normal wear and tear. To clean spills, you can typically spot-clean with a simple mixture of water and dish soap after scraping up any excess. After cleaning, simply hose the rug down and air-dry the front and back.

    Would not kay fkat

    I could not get the “bumps” out of the rug after I unpacked it. The edges were flared and there were raised bumps that were made by the packaging being so tight. I rolled it in several different directions over the last two weeks to try to flatted them out but that did not work. I tried weighing it down and even ironed it but nothing worked. I finally had to return the rug.

    Colors faded terribly

    Bought new April 2025. Colors were beautiful, but faded terribly within 2 months of being on our deck. The quality held up well, but the colors not at all. Do not buy unless you don't care about the color holding up.

    This carpet is the worst. It arrived stretched and puckered from how it was packed. No amount of carpet tape or time to “relax” will make this cheaply-made area rug lie flat.

Flatten curled corners either by reverse rolling or placing a heavy stack of books to weigh them down. To remove creases, place a damp cloth over the creased area and gently iron over it to help relax the wrinkles. We highly suggest getting a rug pad for your rug. This will help tremendously in avoiding curls, creases or warps as well as following the instructions above. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any additional questions.

    Extremely happy with these rugs. Bought the grey ones as well. They’ve all survived a few washers at this point and feel and look just as good when they arrived. If your floors are super slick tile I would recommend to buy the little corner tabs to put underneath to stop from sliding.

    Pretty, but ends curl

    For the most part, we like the rug. However, we can not keep the ends from curling up! We have tried all the tricks. Tape, iron, steam, books…. After a day they curl right up and become a tripping hazard.

    Nice Neutral Area Rug

    I recently purchased this indoor/outdoor rug for my living room. It works well for me. The quality is good. It was a reasonable price. The design and colors are very neutral and natural. The pattern does not scream for attention. The rug didn't smell when removed from the packaging and it lays flat after 24 hrs. It's not heavy. I can rearrange easily as often as I like. I will be able to easily take it outside if I ever need to deep clean it. Vacuuming will be a breeze because there is no deep nap.

    Nice style & great value!

    This runner was purchased for a small bathroom being remodeled but still used daily. The material looks like pricier "poly silk" runners & is available in more colors than similar styles. The beige runner coordinates with medium woodtones & new champagne bronze bathroom faucets & hardware. I also appreciate that this style of rug is available in a wider range of sizes than other brands I considered.

    Well made and durable material that can stand up to the rigors of harsh outdoor weather for several years. Also comes in a variety of beautiful colors. Avoid if you have dogs however- this style gets pulled and pilled by frequent claw contact.

    Just what I’ve been looking for!

    I recently purchased the runner, laid it out to uncurl, my three dogs immediately laid on the rug. Can’t keep them off of the rug they love it more than me!
