  • A: Yes, this upholstered bed has a height-adjustable headboard. You have 2 height positions to choose from that are 4 inches apart. This adjusts the gap between the top of the slats and the bottom of the headboard from 12 to 16 inches, to accommodate different mattress thicknesses. The height from the floor to top of headboard will be 45 inches or 49 inches depending on which height setting you choose during assembly. And the white faux leather finish is a true pure white, not ivory. We hope this helps!

    Gets very squeaky

    We’ve been using this bed frame for 15 months now and it is very squeaky. It started squeaking around the 6-8 month mark I want to say, and it’s been getting worse ever since. The boards are also no longer in line, they kind of slant down. The upholstery has held up otherwise.

    Beautiful bed and easy to put together.

    This bed was very easy to put together! I did it by myself pretty quickly. It looks great! I was super pleased with the delivery from Fed Ex too because the large rectangular box was about 10 ft x 1 ft x 1ft and it was delivered up the flight of stairs in my apartment building and left right outside my door. I wanted a platform bed that I didn’t have to use a box spring, and this is perfect! Beautiful!

    Doesn't Recommend!

    Initially, the bed I received was missing all the screws, instructions, and more and I had to go through the headache of repackaging such a huge box. The second bed I received arrived pretty quickly, HOWEVER, the box was beat up and ripped open upon arrival and putting it together was a nightmare! The screw holes were very poorly aligned for the headboard and the part where you screw in the feet and slats has no holes. I had to go out and buy a drill bit so that I could drill a hole for a screws to fit. When I put the slats on the bed, the support for the slats hovers above the floor, doesn’t seem safe. Oh, last but not least, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND wearing gloves while dealing with the slats. The wood is unfinished and WILL give you splinters. I’m assuming all the other reviews on here aren’t real, because there’s no way people could’ve had that experience!

    Surprised!

    I was surprised that it held air as well as it did. I was very happy with the lumbar support because I have back issues. Really good quality. Surprised at how thick the material was.
