I love it!! I keep it on low during the night to circulate the air while sleeping. The 2nd and 3rd speeds tend to go a little faster than I would like for a bedroom.

Great looking fan. Trim pieces were not easily installed. I have limited space so this fan fit nicely. Matches other Casa Vieja fans if you like consistency throughout your home. Wall switch was not what we expected and is simply a battery powered remote that mounts in an outlet box. The switch did not fit in a standard low voltage outlet and was a tight fit in a standard old work outlet box. The fan balanced perfectly out of the box.

This fan has been in a guest bedroom for a couple of years. I turn it on every Friday while my delicate laundry in drying on a rack. It is pretty quiet and the low speed but High speed is a little more noise than I would like for sleeping. Installation was grueling. It is a fan and my husband needed to hold it above his head while I attached wires. He was definitely feeling the burn by the time we were finished. Hence the 4 stars.
