Safe but VERY heavy

Very easy to use, safe, and secure. The downside is how unbelievably heavy it is. I can’t believe more reviews didn’t talk about that! My baby is 11lbs and I cannot even imagine how heavy this thing is going to be as she puts on more weight.

Injured my baby

Purchased this seat and it caused abrasions and cuts to my child. The so called comfort cushions have very rough seams that hurt baby when they kick their little legs

But for newbies like us, this car seat couldnt be easier to use. And super stable too. And how seamless and mobile it is to click into car base then lift and click into stroller! The only negative is the lack of color choices - perhaps a cute pink seat for girls? We're so happy with this car seat, we bought the Graco stroller and Graco bessinet!

Baby is very snug! Easy installation

We are first time parents and selecting a carsest was overwhelming. However we love this car seat . My husband was able to quickly and easily install it. The pediatrician even commented on how snug he was at his 3 day appointment. It is incredibly easy to take off the base.

Not good for babies with big heads

I loved this carseat but my son is now 3 months and has a large head and it squishes him and makes him uncomfortable. I also used it for my daughter and didnt have that issue until about 6 months.

We've only used this car seat for one month and the seat is no longer clicking into the base. When it does click in (with help) it's nearly impossible to get the seat out of the base. We've always loved Graco, but looking at other reviews, this issue seems common. Their answer is to install baseless. Expensive car seat to not be able to use the base.

Awful

Absolutely HORRIBLE. The head cushion is so tight on my newborn he is miserable in this seat and graco will not help me and target will not either so it is useless i will have to purchase another.

Kept my baby safe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am eternally grateful for this carseat. My 7 month old was in the car with us when we were run off the road into the median and flipped onto our side. Getting to her in the middle of the chaos while on our side and seeing that she was safely strapped in and didn't move a bit was an immense relief. Mom and Dad got bruised up but little one was safe and snug! If we didn't need a new carseat immediately and were limited on what was in stock at the store we would've gone back with this one but we still chose Graco as a replacement!

Car seat

This car seat, from a good company, was used for my daughter, born July 2025. It's not too heavy and works great with a Mockingbird stroller with the right adapters. It's easy to clean and was pretty simple to install.

Best infant car seat!

It’s been a great car seat super easy to remove and put back in to make trips to store or wherever you are going quick and painless. I will miss not having to take my baby out every time I go out! A safe and reliable option

We love that the handle has one button in the middle to rotate it versus having to reach all the way over to push two buttons at the same time. We did need to take out the extra newborn insert because it made the fit to tight, but besides that it has been great!

Secure, Easy to use, but a bit heavy

I have been using the Graco SnugRide Snugfit car seat and overall it is very reliable infant car seat. The installation was pretty straightforward, especially with the base, and I feel like my baby is secure and well protected. The head and body support are great for newborns, and I feel like sturdy without being overly bulky. I also like that it clicks in and out of the stroller easily, which makes errands much simplier. On the downside, it is a bit on the heavier side compared to some other infant seats, which can make carrying it around with a growing baby little tiring. The canopy could also offer a bit more coverage, especially in the strong sunlight . Still, the safety features and ease of use outweigh the cons for me, I would definitely recommend it to new parents.
