ZERO stars. Didn’t work right out of the box and customer service would do nothing. Son got for Christmas and we didn’t try it until 90 days later due to the fact we live in a snowy cold place over the winter. DISAPPOINTED!!! Do not buy this and save yourself the trouble.

Nice bike

Best reaction I ever received from my son. He’s 11 and the height is pretty good. He got up to about 17mph but for the most part it’s 15 mph. Uploaded a video because I felt like there weren’t to many videos to help you deciding if you want to purchase it. Also the battery can be upgraded to 48v to make it go about 23mph. Recognition to the prompt delivery and it was also handled with care.

Fun bike for kids & adults

We are really enjoying the sx500 and love the green color. The seat is 1” taller than MX500 or MX650 and feels less crammed for adult riders. Top speed is with 1 mph of mx650

Piece of junk

We got this bike about a year ago and a month into owning it, it has been nothing but a pain. We have spent almost double the bike in repairs alone. The battery’s died, had to be replaced. The charging port, had to be replaced. We have changed the back tire multiple times. This bike and repairs in total have costed over a grand. It has sat without use since.

I bought it in 2021 it worked really well. It was fun to ride in the neighbourhood. Maybe write electronic bike on the side because all the Karen’s thought it was a real motorbike.

Amazing bike. Easier to upgrade then the MX650/500. More room in the battery housing and the body comes off with 3 screws. YouTube step by step how to upgrade and where to order parts. Bike has upgraded 36v 800watt dc motor, full throttle with hand guards, handle bars,speed controller, chain, motor cross decals and led headlight.

Bad quality

I got it a month ago and the back shock gets super soft really quickly and the brakes fail. I already got the shock replaced and two days later it was soft again. I rode it for a few days, the brakes failed, I got them fixed ant the same thing kept happening to me and my friends who have it.

Fun thing to own

This thing is great, the battery life says 40 minutes but for me 1 hour. I won this off a giveaway back in Christmas of 2020, it was a bit hard to assemble. My friends love riding this when they come over. I would like if this thing went like 10 miles an hour more

in the adds the man is doing a whole bunch of jumps and going in the dirt so bought my son one and he took it in the mud and it got stuck and he jumped and the chain fell off i fixed it he jumped again and it fell off again.

Fun Bike to own!

Super nice dirt bikes for kids! If you are having second thoughts, don't hesitate to buy. These bikes are really nice and take minutes to assemble just a few parts. Buy a helmet, gloves and knee and arm pads because these bikes are fast! They are excellent to learn how to ride and very easy maintenance. Awesome bikes!
