Learning Resources Time Tracker Mini Visual Timer, Auditory and Visual Cue

I bough this to help me (and my class) with time bound tasks in lessons. All works well but the box instructions did not mention that the amber countdown light flashes ! Hence I am going to have limited uses due to some pupils with Specific Learning requirements - no way they could tolerate a flashing light in class. Wish I had known before purchase

Garbage. Within a week the green light started to fade, and now it’s out completely. Now the alarm sound is starting to falter. I regret wasting the money on this.

Was disappointed when this timer did not work properly. Also disappointed when I had to pay the postage to return it for credit!

Not very intuitive unless you know what you're doing. Still a great product, just takes some explaining for people to understand since "minutes" and "warning signal" aren't labeled

The concept is great, but I feel you could make a Time Tracker Short that would better meet the needs of a lot of parents. Please consider making a 25-30 min timer that functions in 1 minute increments. Also please consider changing how the product starts by allowing the timer to be reset simply by pressing the start button after the light goes out. As is I have to turn the power to the unit off and then back on. I tried using this product in my home day care to help the kids know how much time they were taking in the bathroom after eating lunch. Each child needs to go potty, wash hands, brush teeth, and wash their face. Some children were taking a very long time fooling around and playing in the sink. I got this to keep them on task. However the design is not user friendly for kids. You should be able to press a reset button, and then the start button when a new child enters the bathroom for their turn. I love the idea of the colored light and the warning system, it just needs some revamping.

My work environment includes many meetings. This tool is useful to all attendees seeing time is getting to an end. Visually embeds for better planning for a next meeting and visually encourages returning to desk work versus continuing to converse and use up valuable desk work time. Yes there are many adult meeting strategies. They are used. This visual is best alongside. A great tool and used. I had a concern with a couple reviews that the product was defective however the customer service seems wonderful and I know I can contact customer service for a replacement. I hope you try it!

I wish you could start the timer just by pressing the Start Button. Instead you have to turn the volume dial to the off position and then turn the volume dial back on and then press the Start button. The timer worked in this manner until 11 months after receipt. The red light comes on when the volume dial is turned on but the start button does not work anymore. Unacceptably short service life.

Wow I don't think I ever bought a product that stopped working after the first use. Put in the batteries set the timer to 10 and 5 green light went on then yellow then a horrible screeching sound and POP. Now it does nothing...no sounds no lights... changed batteries let it sit for a day to see if it would reset. Incredibly disappointed and either the company should file suit against the parts manufacturer or they need to hire competent testers. Complete joke of a product.

I love the idea about warning alarm to let my kids to know the time is almos done, they has autism and are more visual learners so this timer works better for them, i was a little confuse about the set up first, but easy now. the 4 stars are because i got a not working one firts, but a call costumer service and they gladly remplace it with other and sent it fast, now works to me at 100% right, just like the costumer service they have, thanks for that. So, the first product was bad, the second is good and customer service was excellent.
