This is our go to sunscreen for my family of 4! We live in Florida and are constantly outside during the summer. It absorbs quickly, smells great, and gives us great protection. As long as your reapply like you’re supposed to, you can’t go wrong with this one.

Absorbed well and there were no sunburns after an entire beach day. It did kind of smell like sunscreen but that’s fine. It’s definitely has that thick white cast to it but so do most higher coverage sunscreens.

I don't think the smell is strong, fades away with time. It looks moisturizing at first but at the end of the day my skin is chalky dry so maybe good for oily skin. You can see ( if they don't decrease the quality) how dry my calf looks after wearing this sunscreen for 6 hours, very dry. Enough white to help you see where you've put it, but rubs to clear.

As a fair skinned pale girly, Neutrogena Beach Defense is a must have in the beach bag. It is non greasy and easy to apply. I reappl every 2 hours in the sun. I also like that it doesn't have a strong spf smell like other suncreens.

I love the smell, wear good under my makeup. Please keep the fragrance in this product. I hate products without fragrance. This fragrance makes you want to put your Sun Defense Lotion on. You getting fragrance with sun protection. Need fragrance in more sun products.

This is the only sunscreen that stays on and works for hours after coming out of the water. I burn easily and this sunscreen truly protected my skin. It smells great and it does not sting at all as some spray sunscreens do. I love Neutrogena products.

I used Neutrogena Beach Defense 70 to the last squeeze!! It’s oxybenzone free, up to SPF 70, and easy to use. One down side is that the sun block is quite sticky when first applied on skin. It has a light smell of oil but it’s not fragrant
