Q: Are these extended release? It does not say on the bottle and I want to be able to split these in half, so its only about 15mg, since I have another supplement that already has Zinc in it.

    Definitely recommend for immunity support !

    I started taking zinc primarily to keep my btx fresh & last longer. I also like that it helps with keeping my immunity up. I take it everyday. My 2 toddlers have had coughs/runny noses and I seem to be getting along fine. As their primary caregiver this supplement is a must for me! And at Target’s price, can’t be beat! I did get a headache the first day or two but I think it was just my body adjusting to the new supplement being introduced, which is common with zinc.

    Fair Price

    I was in need of my Zinc Supplement and found it at Target for a fair price and I didn't have to wait forever to get it. I have been taking Zinc 30mg (2) each day along with Vitamin C supplements each day and I have not had a cold or had covid, These 2 Supplements along with drinking hot tea with honey added have boosted my weaken immune system. I also try to eat plenty of carrots , beets, good vegetable, pureed fruit along with chicken and fish.
