Not Stainless Steel
A magnet will not stick to the bottom of this pan, as it would with stainless steel. Therefore, this pan cannot be used on an induction stove. Critical information. Why the misinformation?

Great steamer pot set!
At first I thought it was going to be too small for my needs. But it holds so much and steams really quickly. Super lightweight as well. I’m very happy with it!

Dont buy
Everything. You cannot make any type of food and steam while cooking at top for food. Everything sticks to the pan and there is not a tight seal for it to steam properly. Save your money, go without, until you can afford to buy a calphalpon.

Liked the size of the steamer which replaced size we had. Didn’t like the handles were not heat resistant.
