you get what you pay for, I guess

I want to say "product arrived damaged" but the reality is it probably left the factory damaged. There's a large "bald spot" on the griddle where the texture is completely different from the rest of the pan's surface. Basically, the finish didn't get applied to this "bald spot". "Wait a second, I thought this was cast iron cookware! There shouldn't be a finish!" Yeah, that's what I thought too. But apparently, this patchy, rough texture is what "pre-seasoned" means and they missed a spot. Haven't cooked with it yet, so I don't know how disruptive this texture difference is going to be, but seeing as it's on the GRIDDLE rather than the pot or something, but hopes aren't high. Either way it certainly doesn't scream "quality".

Nice Set.

Nice Set, I seasoned it a few times and it cleans up easily with just warm/hot water and a cast iron bristle brush.

Cast iron

They are listed as preseason but with me also taking precautions before using there was some sticking to the pan during use. I will do additional seasoning soon before reusing. Nice set other than sticking issues
