Very Nice but Directions were Not Very Helpful
We love the set and it appears to be good quality and sturdy. We especially like the coordinating lighted umbrella. The only reason we gave it a 4-Star rating is because the directions were horrible and difficult to figure out. There were no words or instructions - only sketches. Once we figured it out, it was easier, but why not make it easier by inserting a few explanatory words or directions?

Nice Set with some Quality Control Issues
While we are overall happy with this set, there were a few quality issues and small defects that we are not satisfied with. The table has a few small dents in it, mostly near the corners. A couple of chairs had scratches on the metal with the paint gone. One of the chairs had a small hole punched through one of the metal back slats. All of these things, we can live with, certainly. However, when one purchases a new set, they expect to receive unblemished, undamaged goods. And this was not the case. For the price we paid for this set, we should not have to deal with a subpar product. The items were packaged well, so I don't think any damage occurred in transit. The quality control department should not have let this set leave the building as is. I am disappointed in the set that I was sent.

Could be better, esp. for the price
If I had been able to see it in person, I don’t think I would have bought it. The chairs are not at the correct height to make it a nice dining experience (you are a little too low). There were a few dents in the table/chairs from shipping, but nothing that is so obvious that it’s a problem. Overall I think it’s overpriced.

The PHI VILLA 4 Cushioned Swivel Chairs and Larger Square Table 5-Piece that i ordered came in sooner then expected, easy to build. All the pieces came complete with hardware, did notice a small indent on the table but only if you look closely you can notice, i think that happened during shipping. Other then that it is a great addition to the yard, overall very satisfied with this purchase.

Product was delivered on time and was in good shape. The directions provided by the manufacturer were extremely limited, but that seems to be the case with any assembly nowadays. Put the chairs together in about an hour.

It was fairly easy to put together. I’m old and did it by myself. But some to help alien the bolts with the holes would make it easier. Instructions we’re good. I’m proud of myself and love it.

PHI VILLA outdoor swivel patio chairs
Nice set of chairs. They swivel and tilt. Cushions have zipper if we ever need to replace. However, days after we assembled them, a thunderstorm storm came through and surprisingly knocked over all our chairs onto cement and scratched them (we got 3 sets). Now I’m looking for outdoor rugs or sandbags? Wish they would have included a little bottle of touch up paint now.
